This Forensic Interviewer Roundtable is focused on enhancing skills, sharing best practices, and discussing challenges related to interviewing children in a trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate manner. This session allows forensic interviewers to collaborate on effective techniques, discuss complex cases, and stay updated on the latest research in child development and trauma. Topics often include addressing cultural sensitivities, minimizing re-traumatization, refining interview protocols, and improving collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
