We’re excited to invite you to the Annual MDT Coordinator Conference, taking place September 11–12, 2025, at the Parke Regency Hotel & Conference Center in Bloomington, IL. This year’s conference open to all MDT Coordinators and CAC Leadership from across Illinois for 1.5 days of learning, connection, and collaboration. The event will conclude at 12:15 PM on September 12, allowing for an easy return home that afternoon.

NOTE: For events where CACI covers hotel accommodations, written cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. If written cancellation is not received within 7 days, the registrant or their organization will be responsible for covering the cost of the hotel booked under the registrant's name.

Written cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Transferability: Registrations can be transferred to another qualified applicant within the same organization. No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days before the event or for "no-shows" who fail to attend. Event Cancellation by CACI: If CACI cancels the event for any reason, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
