We’re excited to invite you to the Annual Directors Conference, happening October 7th–9th, 2025, at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Uptown Normal, IL. This year’s conference is designed specifically for Executive Directors (or equivalent roles) and will focus on two days of meaningful learning, connection, and collaboration among CAC leadership across Illinois. The conference will wrap up by 12:15 PM on October 9th, allowing plenty of time for a smooth trip home that afternoon. We look forward to coming together to strengthen leadership through shared experiences and support.

Date: October 7th-9th, 2025 (11:00am-4:30pm on October 7th, 8:30am-4:30pm on October 8th and 8:30am -12:15pm on October 9th)

Registration Fee: $100

What’s Included: Hotel accommodations for the nights of October 7th and 8th, Light breakfast provided each day, lunch on October 7th and 8th, and a Welcome Reception the evening of October 7th. 

Hotel Room Block and registration will close on September 11th at 5:00pm!   

NOTE: For events where CACI covers hotel accommodations, written cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. If written cancellation is not received within 7 days, the registrant or their organization will be responsible for covering the cost of the hotel booked under the registrant's name.

Written cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Transferability: Registrations can be transferred to another qualified applicant within the same organization. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days before the event or for "no-shows" who fail to attend. Event Cancellation by CACI: If CACI cancels the event for any reason, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
