We’re excited to invite you to the Annual Directors Conference, happening October 20th–22nd, 2026, at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Uptown Normal, IL. This year’s conference is designed specifically for Executive Directors (or equivalent roles) and will focus on two days of meaningful learning, connection, and collaboration among CAC leadership across Illinois. The conference will wrap up by 12:15 PM on October 22nd, allowing plenty of time for a smooth trip home that afternoon. We look forward to coming together to strengthen leadership through shared experiences and support.

Registration Fee: $100

What’s Included: Registration, Hotel accommodations for the nights of October 20th and 21st, buffet lunch and "Welcome Reception" on October 20th, continental breakfast on October 21st, buffet hot breakfast on October 22nd, and free parking for overnight hotel guests. 

An agenda will be released as soon as it is finalized, and the formal conference booklet will be sent out at least two weeks in advance. 

CACI will still be covering the cost of your hotel room, taxes, and fees for up to two nights. You will need to make your own hotel reservation using the hotel’s registration link, which can be found below. You will be asked to provide a credit card at booking and at check-in for incidental charges only. Your credit card will not be charged for anything outside of incidentals.  Hotel Room Block and registration will close on September 25th at 5:00pm!   

NOTE: For events where CACI covers hotel accommodations, written cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. If written cancellation is not received within 7 days, the registrant or their organization will be responsible for covering the cost of the hotel booked under the registrant's name.

Written cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Transferability: Registrations can be transferred to another qualified applicant within the same organization. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days before the event or for "no-shows" who fail to attend. Event Cancellation by CACI: If CACI cancels the event for any reason, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
