We’re excited to invite you to the Annual Advocate Conference, happening November 17-18, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton East Peoria Riverfront Hotel in Conference Center. We will feature multiple expert speakers who cover a wide variety of topics, ensuring that attendees gain a well-rounded perspective on advocacy, support, and best practices. The conference provides valuable opportunities for learning, networking, and professional growth, while also highlighting new insights and tools to strengthen the important work advocates do every day.

Registration Fee: $60

What’s Included: Registration, hotel accommodations for the nights of November 16 and 17, free parking, and hot breakfast for overnight guests. 

An agenda will be released as soon as it is finalized, and the formal conference booklet will be sent out at least two weeks in advance. 

CACI will still be covering the cost of your hotel room, taxes, and fees for up to two nights. You will need to make your own hotel reservation using the hotel’s registration link, which can be found below. You will be asked to provide a credit card at booking and at check-in for incidental charges only. Your credit card will not be charged for anything outside of incidentals.  Hotel Room Block and registration will close on October 26th at 5:00pm!

NOTE: For events where CACI covers hotel accommodations, written cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. If written cancellation is not received within 7 days, the registrant or their organization will be responsible for covering the cost of the hotel booked under the registrant's name.

Written cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Transferability: Registrations can be transferred to another qualified applicant within the same organization. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days before the event or for "no-shows" who fail to attend. Event Cancellation by CACI: If CACI cancels the event for any reason, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
