Join CACI for a practical training designed for Illinois Peer Review Facilitators. Participants will strengthen their skills in creating effective peer review environments, giving and receiving meaningful feedback, addressing barriers and psychological safety, and building sustained participation and engagement in peer review.

Meet the Trainers:
Sean Callaghan brings more than 30 years of experience in international development, including over a decade of facilitating leadership development for social justice activists, civil society leaders, and movement catalysts. His work focuses on mentoring, coaching, and guiding collaborative efforts within complex systems. Sean has partnered with organizations and initiatives across Africa, the Middle East, the European Union, and the United States. He brings deep social capital, grassroots access, and proven real-world expertise to support teams navigating challenging environments and high-stakes collaboration.
Grace Stewart has more than 18 years of experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the United States, the United Kingdom, South Sudan, and Kenya. Her work spans post-conflict restoration, community innovation, misconduct and abuse investigations in faith communities, and systems-level responses to child abuse. Grace has witnessed firsthand the critical role of collaboration in achieving meaningful, sustained outcomes for children and families. She brings a practical, trauma-informed approach to facilitation grounded in real-world MDT experience.
